What counts as an active worker?+
An active worker is an active employee or contractor record in the current workforce. Archived and terminated worker records do not count toward active-worker billing.
How many active workers are included?+
Standard and Pro include 25 active workers.
What happens when we grow beyond 25 workers?+
Standard adds $2 per additional active worker/month. Pro adds $4 per additional active worker/month.
Can we pay annually?+
Yes. Standard is $790/year and Pro is $1,790/year, equivalent to approximately two months free compared with monthly billing.
Can we try Dryvn first?+
Yes. The 30-day trial requires no credit card and includes up to 25 workers, 5 admin or manager users, 1 active change initiative, 1 active change assessment, and limited storage.
Is implementation included?+
Standard monthly is designed for self-service adoption with standard support. Pro includes guided onboarding upon request. Enterprise implementation is scoped according to the organization's requirements.
Can we cancel monthly plans?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled through self-service.
Why is Enterprise priced differently?+
Enterprise pricing reflects requirements such as governance, implementation, integrations, service levels, data residency, sandbox environments, and dedicated infrastructure.
Do archived employees continue to increase the bill?+
No. Archived and terminated worker records do not count as active workers.
Are all five Dryvn families available on every plan?+
Dryvn's five families share one platform, but capability depth differs by plan. Standard provides the core foundation and defined Change and Effectiveness usage, while Pro includes deeper workflows, multiple change programs, advanced insights, automation, integrations, and full organizational-development capability.
Who can use Dryvn Copilot?+
Organization administrators assign Copilot to up to five named Authorized Users on Pro. Access may be assigned to Change, OD, HR, transformation, strategy, programme, or other users and follows roles and permissions rather than department names.
Are credits assigned to each user?+
No. Named users share one organization-wide pool of 1,000 Copilot Credits per monthly allowance period.
What consumes Copilot Credits?+
Task-specific input, selected conversation history, authorized tenant context, relevant document excerpts, model output, provider-reported reasoning, and model processing used to propose a Dryvn action consume credits under the published formula.
What does not consume credits?+
Dryvn's fixed instructions, fixed tools and skills, Dryvn-caused retries, failed provider requests, duplicate technical calls, internal safety checks, Dryvn API calls, and retrieval that does not invoke the model do not consume customer credits.
What happens when the organization reaches its limit?+
New Copilot runs pause at 100%. There are no automatic overage charges, and completed outputs and history remain visible while an administrator adds capacity or waits for the next allowance period.
Can we purchase additional capacity?+
Yes. An authorized billing administrator can add a recurring 500-credit pack for $29/month. Annual add-ons may be prorated for the remaining term; larger or temporary capacity is available by request.
Can we add more named Copilot users?+
Yes. Additional named-user access is available by request. Dryvn does not publish a per-user price.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No. Included and add-on credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Annual customers receive credits monthly rather than all at once.
How is customer information protected?+
Copilot retrieves minimum-necessary authorized context, applies aggregation and pseudonymization where appropriate, has no direct database access, and requires full validation and human approval before any data-changing action.
Is Copilot included in Standard?+
No. Dryvn Copilot is included in Pro and Enterprise arrangements. Standard does not include Copilot.
